VISION

I believe in judicial leadership and having a long term vision for justice in Harris County. Not only do we need to be focused on the individual cases in our courts, but also have a vision for what a robust judiciary in Harris County looks like so we can continue to be a thriving place for individuals and industries.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

As a State District Court Judge, I handle all types of civil cases, including complex commercial cases, wrongful death, business disputes, property cases, construction, and more. As a trial judge, I am tasked with moving a large docket efficiently and fairly, interacting with jurors regularly, and giving the attorneys and parties who have cases in front of me my time and thoughtful reasoning.

by a majority of bar members in every HBA Judicial Evaluation Poll in 2023, 2021, and 2019
